Patients have been experiencing problems with the telephone system where the phone call has terminated following the practice’s Covid message. This is a problem with mobile phone networks, not the practice’s telephone system. If a mobile phone network hears a short pause the call is disconnected.
In light of this the practice has now amended the welcome message. The practice hopes that this has resolved the problem. If you continue to experience problems, please let the practice know.
