The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

Shires Health Liaison is the name of the practice’s Patient Participation Group, which was established in March 2002.

The members of the group have been selected from various sections of the community, hopefully to represent all interests. The group meets on a monthly basis and provides the practice with feedback on patient satisfaction and patient’s suggestions on further improvement of the services provided by the practice.

Mission Statement

To provide an opportunity for opinion sharing and encouraging two-way communications between the practice and its patients.
