Test Results

Take part in the GP Patient Survey. This is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. Results are published every year in July.

Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

PRACTICE PATIENT SURVEY - JUNE 2024

In June 2024 the practice sent out a survey to patients which included questions taken from the National GP Patient Survey.

800        surveys sent out  (5% of practice patient list)

311        surveys sent back

38.87%  completion rate
